2010 REGIONAL COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS
COMPETITION LEVELS:
Novice: dancers in the Junior or Senior divisions who are considered to be beginners or competing for the first time and have not received a “High Gold” award in the Novice Division at a previous Encore competition. This level is determined by teachers based on their opinion of dancer’s ability. Novice entrants receive trophies/ribbons and are eligible for high score awards, if there are at least 10 entries within the Novice Division.
